It is not a requirement of Evergreen Nursing Services caregivers to be registered. Our mandate is to hire caregivers who fit our specific hiring requirements.
Our caregivers are selected from their skill level, personality and ability to provide overall care to our clients. All our caregivers are required to have a minimum of two employment references on file and a valid criminal record check.

Any new hires are required to either be a Certified Care Aide in Canada, a Registered Nurse from another country and/or a Registered Nursing Student (2nd year or higher).
