Our caregivers practice a holistic approach to palliative care by addressing the client’s physical, social, emotional, cultural and spiritual needs. During challenging times, our caregivers strive to provide a sense of peace, security and respect to both our clients and their loved ones.
Evergreen collaborates with the Vancouver Costal Health’s Home Hospice Palliative Care Program, by providing our palliative care Registered Nurses to their clients when needed. Our nurses are provided equal opportunity to ongoing education and professional development through Vancouver Coastal Health’s palliative care workshop and in-services.
A complimentary assessment from a Palliative Care Specialist provides a tailored care plan in collaboration with the community healthcare team to ensure seamless quality care.
