How much will the service cost?
If required, we provide a free, in home assessment with one of our Registered Nurse Supervisors. We can assess your needs from homemaking, attendant care, companion or Registered Nurse. Is your service available to me other then at my home?
Absolutely. Our services are not limited to the care that we typically provide for our clients in their homes/senior care homes. We often have requests to assist clients before, during and after a hospital stay. Also, our service is not limited to just “home making” services. We can arrange a care aide/escort to take you to/from appointments or on special outings. We can also assist you with pre-hospital admission treatments as performed by one of our Registered Nurses.
How does billing and payment work?
Invoices are forwarded to you once per month direct from our office. In the event that you require a more frequent billing system, we can make those arrangements for you.
At this time we accept cheque or cash payments only. You do not pay your caregivers directly as this is taken care for you through the office.
Official tax receipts are also available to you on request. Can I make changes to my service?
If at any time you are not completely satisfied with our staff or services, contact the office to talk to our professional care coordinators and we will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction.
